Disgusted with xfinity

Called 3 times tonight and still don’t have a solution to my problem. I need to have temporary internet access at another location for the next 2 days to do my work. I pay for xfinity every month at my primary residence for over 10 years or longer now. First person I speak to is confusing and doesn’t even state her name at the beginning of the call. Second person leaves me on hold for 20 minutes. Third came on and was rude when I explained the situation. I doubt I am the only person who has ever needed to have internet at a temporary location for just a few days so I can do my job, but yet I still have no solution.
