Disappointed

I’ve been medically impaired and unfortunately unable to pay my phone bill I was sent an email on August 8th to make a payment to avoid disconnection I called in gave my last which was less than the amount due and made an arrangement for the remainder I was told once I paid the remaining balance my service would be restored a week later a made the payment before the payment due date and no service for 24 hours chatted with several reps then was told I had to 1700 which was the amount for the two devices on my line chatted with supervisors and they told me I could do a payment arrangement for that and to wait 24 hours waited 48 hour visited a Xfinity store spoke to tier 2 support who advised with paying the past due amount and having the payment plan my service would be restored in 1-2 hours I’ve been going through a loop hole the last rep I spoke with said my account is with collections I’ve never been treated so poorly by a service provider and all the different  answers are confusing

Hello there user_gx78u1, thanks for joining us here in the community forums! I'm truly sorry for the confusing experience you've had so far with the mixed information you received. While we're not able to override our billing system if an account is in a non-pay disconnect, we can absolutely look over the account to provide the most accurate information we can and see if there's any other way we might be able to help! Please send us a direct message with your full name, name on the account (if different), and service address, and we'll dig in!

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
  3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
