Disabled Sr Citizen - NO PHONE3 days to port a cell over from VERIZON to XFINITY Mobile UNACCEPTABLE
I have tried for 3 days straight to port a cell phone from VERIZON to XFINITY MOBILE unsuccessfully. Each time the reps blame VERIZON or tell me they will call back. VERIZON two felt so bad stayed on phone with us to tell Xfinity it’s not on the VERIZON side!
She has no phone and VERIZON can’t take it back till the port completes. Everyday a different person tells me they will call back (and doesn't) or each day - It will be 24 hours more (it’s been 3 days total) being told it will be 24-72 hours more at the end of day 3, HELP!

Hello BillW4,
Thank you for posting to the XM forum and my apologies for the delay in my response. I’m happy to investigate this further for you.
Keep in mind that in order to port into any carrier, the mobile service line in question needs to remain active on the current carrier. If the mobile service line has been disconnected, the port will not process.
With that said, if the number has remained active with Verizon, I’ll look into the port status and provide an update. This will require account access. In your reply please provide the following information for account authentication;
First and last name, mobile number, complete service address, and the last 4 digits of the pay method on file.
Thanks again for your time, and patience.
Sincerely,
Chris
