I need to speak with an agent. I was signed up for Xfinity mobile thinking it was part of my plan. I received a SIM card but don't want to activate because I don't want a bill for services not rendered, Help?

@user_mbfaaa You need to reach out to the Xfinity mobile team https://www.xfinity.com/support/mobile, sounds like you were sold xfinity services and the mobile line, you should have gotten email notification of the order you signed up for, for the residential services & mobile line, you should be able to see both you accounts from the Xfinity app. You may want to go check all your emails Xfinity sent to you

Xfinity mobile is a separate service from Xfinity. If you do not activate billing still starts 7 days after your device/SIM card ships. Even if it is not activated yet. Did you get an email with your pricing? @user_mbfaaa
