Devices paid off yet still being charged for them, and bad service

​So, three months ago I received an update saying that two of our lines had been unlocked since they had been paid off. ​

​Now I go look at my bill to see how much less I’m paying per month and low and behold I’m paying the same amount. ​

​Three payments now I’ve been charged $95 extra for the two phones which were paid off three months ago.​

​ Someone at Xfinity really needs to explain this to me. [Edited: "Language/Inflammatory"]

​ On top of that, recently our data coverage has been terrible. Places where I used to be able to access the internet now just hang and then say no internet connection. ​

​I’ve been with Xfinity for a couple of years now and I’m starting to regret my choice to move over from T-Mobile. ​

​I also just found out that although they are using Verizon towers, they aren’t using ALL of them which explains the[Edited: "Language"] service. But the thing I don’t understand is that the service is amazing at their store, one exit up from where I have no service, how can this be?​
