Device Compatibility Issues
Xfinity Mobile is telling me that my iPhone 13 Mini which was previously connected to the Xfinity Mobile network is no longer compatible. I had the device on the network back in December and recently upgraded the line to an iPhone 14 Plus and now I'm trying to add this device back to the Xfinity Mobile Network as an additional line and I'm being constantly told that it's not compatible.
What is going on!?!
Xfinity Mobile Support is completely useless and just keeps repeating its same script.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I'm truly sorry to hear of this frustration regarding the iPhone mini.
Due to account security with Xfinity Mobile we don't have access to the Xfinity Mobile accounts. You would need to reach out to that department separately by calling or texting 1-888-936-4968 and one of our dedicated Xfinity Mobile specialists are there for assistance 24/7. You can also visit our Xfinity Mobile assistant page, where we have support available thorough chat as well: https://comca.st/3vkGv93.
Have you tried both of these methods to reach out to one of our Xfinity Mobile representatives?

I have the same issue and costumer service repeating the same useless sentence. More like an scam and glitch than compatibility issue.

I have exactly the same issue with my Samsung phones. Called support and got the same answer. They obviously want us to go to their stores and buy the phones from them for more $$$.

I had the same issue with an iPhone 13 mini. I inserted the SIM card from my old iPhone, but I couldn't make or receive calls, and the automated assistant gave me the same baloney about the phone not being compatible. I called (888) 936-4968; after a few hassles with the automated response system I was able to reach a human being, and he fixed the problem in 30 seconds! Here's the instructions he gave me:
Go to Settings -> General -> Transfer or Reset iPhone -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings
The phone restarted, and I had service!
