user_yuig0k Thanks for reaching out! You will want to ensure you are following the process outlined in the follow article for Xfinity Mobile. How do I file a claim through Xfinity Mobile Care (XMC)?
If you have any issues, I would recommend reaching out to Assurant at 855-884-9771.

I am getting the same error message. Their chat function  is useless because no one answers (I was first in cue for fifteen minutes and no response).
