Device Buy Off Promotion Scam

I uploaded my last T-Mobile bill 9/5 and received a confirmation email that Xfinity received it. 9/8 I received another email that the document was accepted along with a confirmation number to check the status. The status shows completed and says I could check the status of my gift card 2 weeks from 9/8 in the incentive tracker. This tracker STILL TODAY does not pull up any information. I’ve spoken with several representatives and a supervisor. At first I was told it takes 4-6 weeks to receive the gift card. It’s been 6 weeks. When speaking with someone last night they said it takes 2-4 weeks. Now speaking with someone again today they’re saying it takes 3 months. Everyone has confirmed I am eligible for a gift card for $500. I should not and am not waiting until the end of November to receive my gift card. I believe nothing was done until I reached out yesterday and now Xfinity thinks it’s okay to wait an additional 4-6 weeks. Unacceptable at all.

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
