Debit card expired

Hi, Xfinity sent me a $400 visa debit card when I joined Xfinity. I forgot to use it and it expired few months ago. I have not even activated it. I called may times and was put on hold for hours and calls just kept disconnecting. Can you please help me? I am hoping that since I did not use the card at all, Xfinity can send me a new one?

They have their contact information at the bottom of the page and will definitely be able to assist with getting a new gift card issue if you're eligible.
