Deal not being honored

When I signed up for service, I was clearly told that I would receive two mobile lines free for one year. This offer was the sole reason I agreed to move forward with the plan. However, I am now receiving past-due notices and billing alerts for charges that should not exist under the terms of that promotion.

This situation is frustrating and concerning. I should not be receiving billing notices for services that were explicitly represented as free for the promotional period. I entered into this agreement in good faith based on what was explained to me at signup, and I expect those terms to be honored.

Please review my account, correct the billing issue, and confirm in writing that:

1. The two promotional lines are properly applied, and
2. Any incorrect charges or past-due balances related to this issue have been removed.

Thanks for reaching out to us, we do apologize for any inconvenience you're having with your mobile account. Generally, when you sign up for Xfinity services the offer is you'll get one free unlimited mobile line for 12 months if you activate the mobile line within 90 days of the order. Which that detailed information should have been in your consent order on the day you ordered your Xfinity services.

But I'll be happy to take a look at your account to review your order and get this all resolved for you.

To get started please send me a direct message including your first and last name and complete service address

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
