Data Overage Charges

I was unaware that I was over my shared data plan for my Xfinity mobile device thus racking up an astronomical amount of overcharge fees. I unfortunately did not know this was happening until after the billing cycle had ended so I could change data plans.

I need assistance in getting my bill adjusted or account credited as the amount of my bill is $645 which is almost 6 times the amount of my normal billing. I have been an Xfinity mobile customer for over four years and have all of Xfinity's services. I am a loyal customer and am asking for a one time courtesy adjustment so I can continue to use Xfinity services.
