I chatted with Taylor who was expedient in setting up a callback for me to speak to a manager. They even checked in on me after a few minutes when they had not heard from me in a while. Very kind!

I also spoke with Jofer over the phone in the Mobile department who spent a good amount of time with me to handle my situation and document thoroughly. They were very patient and kind to me, as well as, bantered a bit with me, which I appreciated.

Even though I do have quite a few issues with my billing on xfinity, the customer service is always excellent and I want everyone who shows me kindness to know it is recognized and greatly appreciated. Thank you all and keep it up! <3
