Customer service team members on a digital platform are causing communication difficulties when responding directly via app and calls. This uncalled behavior is unacceptable and should be reckoned with by the corporate office. In contact with employees in numerous occasions I’ve been spoken to in absurd mannerisms and my time has been limited by false implications of my intent to resolve billing inquiries. I would like to address corporate for my concerns.
