Customer service

I've been with Xfinity for 40 years. I have never in my life dealt with people like I had their customer service representatives and corporate. In the last year since I moved in October they have shut my phone off three times change my phone number without my permission. And now recently they can't activate my Mobile account because I switched from by the gig to now mobile. Which I have been with her mobile department since it opened. Waking up today I found out that they messed with my internet. They close my account and opened a new one when there was nothing wrong with my internet. I changed from by the gig to now mobile July 14th through corporate. Come August 14th no bill. I have been calling for 2 months submitting tickets which I do never get called back on the last three no call back which they are supposed to do. I have explained in 5,000 ways what is wrong. That in the purple app, on the website, and in the now mobile website the Mobile account says not active. I have received absolutely no results back with this and no calls back when submitting those tickets you have submit. Apparently nothing can be done over the phone when you call. I have never had a customer experience in my life like I have had with these people and been so upset. They somehow have blocked me that now my calls will not go through the corporate it goes to the regular customer service line you have to submit another ticket. After a year of all the problems I have had with them I changed my mobile company yesterday. I need to keep my number and Port it out. While online on a three-way call with the representative from my new mobile company they told him there is no account and they can't Port it out. Which one I looked online my account with the buy the gig plan is still active which they sent me a bill for. Wrong account. They treat you like you're the criminal like you did something wrong and give you absolutely no results and continually pass the buck. I don't understand how these people got their jobs or how this company is still in business. Apparently I am being pushed out as a customer after 40 loyal years. [Edited: "Solicitation"]
