Customer service

I have had the worst experience with your supervisors and agents. They’re very unprofessional and do not listen to the problem before transferring me to the next agent and then I have to constantly explain my issue and be transferred from person to person. I was on hold for well over 2 hours just to be disconnected from an agent that took a whole hour to actually get to. I really hope that you fix your customer service because I will never be a customer again and I will make sure to tell everyone I care about to find a different service provider so they do not have to experience what I have had to deal with. I asked a supervisor if I could file a formal complaint and I was brushed off and told they couldn’t help me any further. I still would like to file a formal complaint but unfortunately I don’t trust that it would get done if it has to be done with one of your agents. If there is an email address or someone I could speak with that could actually listen would be great!
