Customer service

This is the worse customer service EVER! I’ve canceled all services Jan 22 and am STILL getting charged for mobile.  I’ve confirmed with multiple offshore and online chat people all accts are closed.   I bet I’m due a credit on mobile too since I paid in advance, but will never see a dime because of how horrible this company is.  In addition my refund of $225.87 has not been sent to me from JANUARY for my cable and internet over payment.
