Xfinity is Beyond RIDICULOUS when trying to speak to a HUMAN!!!😡The automated system REPEATEDLY connect to what you’re NOT needing to assist with the problem…Xfinity has the WORST automated system and NEED to IMPROVE and get HUMANS back to HELPING customers!!!!…. because automated CAN’T/DOESN’T always HAVE the ANSWERS we NEED.
