customer service
I've never dealt with a company that has such bad customer service. I have made several calls since 9/2/22 each call or chat is at least 30mns. I even went to an Xfinity store and they can't help with Mobile. I'm currently on hold with xfinity now. It's been 34 minutes and the expected hold time "is more than 20 minutes" and just changed to "more than 40 minutes" How can I get a manger to get involved and clear up my billing? I am seriously debating cancelling my service and moving on! So frustrating.

I find when I call in, getting a "Mobile Expert" is the luck of the draw - might happen once every five calls or less. But mostly I get someone who is just as befuddled as I am.

Wow - I got lucky today and finally got that "expert" on the phone; I used the chat to request a call back. He was able to take care of my problem, but it took him a while.
