Customer Service NIGHTMARE

I recently purchased 2 iPhone 14 Pro Max online with xfinity mobile. FedEx lost package. I supplied police report. XFINITY MOBILE REFUSE IN REMOVING THE DEVICE'S so I can go into a store and repurchase. Can SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME OUT WITH THIS ISSUE. I have been arguing with customer Service for almost 3 months now
