Customer service does not exist.
I sincerely believe that the wireless support people just answer the phones and laugh at us silly customers who think that someone will help them. I have lost count of how many calls I've made to try to get my bill straightened out. I started out at two phones with 1G data for $32 a month. Then came the new charges for a third phone (non existent) and the fees for who knows what, we're up to $175. Each person I've spoken to assures me that this will be resolved and absolutely nothing is done. They're just sitting there laughing at us.
