Current customer treatment for wireless Xfinity

Question for Xfinity Wireless? Why current members get shoved to the side and new members get treated like gold? I've been with this company for 4 years the first year was great now you guys just don't care I'm with you or not. I went down today to ask what kind of deals you have and ask me if I was a current customer or new customer I said current. They said there is no deals for current customers just new customers. I asked do they have any deals for new customers they said just new customers. So you want to treat current customers like [Edited: Language] I'm going to take my business elsewhere will they treat me like gold just like the new customers. See you later realize you need a treat current and new customers the same or you're going to lose business. I rate Xfinity mobile or one star for that first year you are good then I just became a current customer that didn't mean nothing to you.
