Credit score showing zero
My husband’s credit score showing zero on xfinity. He has 730+ credit score. Seen similar post which was resolved with credit refresh. Customer care said talk to credit bureau but they said no issue with account.

Thank you for reaching out @Anwesha.Kushary There are a number of factors that go into determining DPP limit. If you consent to a credit check, we may be able to increase your number of DPP-eligible lines and total dollar limit based on the results. You must be the account holder to consent to the credit check. Consistently making on-time payments on both Xfinity Mobile account and the linked Xfinity Internet account has a positive impact on a your DPP and total line eligibility. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/eligibility-faq
