CREDIT REPORT FRAUD

I received an alert that xfinity has reported my mobile account as delinquent, tanking my credit score by 50 points. I have never missed a payment. I tried to chat with an agent and they requested a credit limit increase and had no clue what I was talking about. Once again proving their reputation for horrible service and shady business practices. I will be reporting this horrible company for credit fraud. If my credit report is not remedied within 72 hours I’ll also be taking legal action.
