Xfinity Mobile does not require term contracts for its service plans. However, if you are financing a phone through a 24-month device payment plan, your "contract" finishes when the phone is fully paid off.
You can check your remaining device balance and payoff date in a few quick steps:

  • Navigation: Click on Devices, select the phone you want to check, and view your remaining balance or payment history.
