contract buyout

Hi! I received my final Verizon bill after 10/15/2025, which is when the buyout promo page (mobiletimetoswitch.xfinity) seems to have closed. (The page reads, "Must submit proof of current carrier bill by 10/15/2025 through xfinity.com/mobiletimetoswitch and maintain new line with account in good standing for 30 days following line activation.") I've otherwise met all of the other criteria per the promotion. Now, when I try to click the "Continue" button on the claims page, I get this message: "Your request cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later." This promo was THE major draw for me to switch providers.

Can I DM the final bill to someone at customer service so I can take advantage of this offer? I look forward to a response from a CS agent. (Fingers crossed...) Thanks!
