How do I get into contact with a human to request a reimbursement and provide feedback?
I am traveling internationally and the travel pass was not working. The virtual assistant was useless. I followed all of the troubleshooting tips in the FAQs etc and nothing worked. The only way I could get help was to call the number provided. They say it’s a free call, but how could I possibly call if my phone isn’t working?! I had to borrow a local (outside of the US) friend’s phone to call the 1-800 number. The person i reached was friendly but it took nearly an hour and now I have to reimburse my friend €94+ ($110) for the call. This completely cancels out any financial savings I had by switching to xfinity mobile and I am very angry and would like to request reimbursement.
Now for the feedback - Xfinity needs to:
-Provide a local number to international travelers - just one local to covered countries that reroutes to the US number will do
-have an option for the virtual assistant to connect customers to customer service if it is unable to help. It’s one of the worst/least helpful AI/bot virtual assistants I have ever encountered
-provide a means to email/chat directly with a human. Forums make no sense when the concern is an issue specific to my account
-offer an international plan with less data for a lower cost. I barely use 5 GB of data in a month, but I have to pay $10/24hrs to have any data at all (yes I know there’s the pay as you go rate, but it’s outrageous - $300 per GB).
-fix the forum tags. The site errors out any time I try to choose one, so there are no searchable tags on this post

Hello @user_571otn thanks so much for reaching out to us. I understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for the difficult experience you had trying to get help with your International Travel Pass while abroad. I want to assure you that we're taking your feedback seriously. The correct contact number for Xfinity Mobile's dedicated international roaming support is 1-720-728-5462, and that this is a toll-free number from any landline. However, I completely understand that this doesn't help if your phone isn't working, and the circumstances you faced are not what we want for our customers.
