Complaint on mobile purchase

I purchased a mobile in xfinity on apr 2, i was told i will receive it by apr 4, but I haven’t received it yet. Lot of mistake and no proper updates on anything. Totally disappointing Xfinity

@XfinityMartinB​ Hi when I purchansed the mobile 14 pro from the store, I was told I have a promotion applied for porting my number to xfinity+downpatment of 312 dollars, which makes 12.50$/m for 24 months. Now I am being charged for 33$/m. All the customer care and person on the store are helpless. What steps are taken for this now? Agents from customer care are Ali and Abdul. Xfinity store in Arlington heights fand road,IL- female representative. I wanted this to be taken care of soon as possible. It has been 2 weeks since I purchased the product and full of issues.
