Compatible phones
I am trying to purchase a new phone with intent on adding it to my xfinity mobile account. I cannot get the imei # from seller before purchasing but the phone is listed as unlocked for Verizon network. Does anyone know if this will work for xfinity mobile? Thanks in advance!

Hey, @user_d22047! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! We are glad to hear that you are looking to purchase a phone and bring it over to Xfinity Mobile! In order to be certain the phone is compatible with our service we would need the IMEI number to check. Does the seller have a return/refund policy? Maybe you can purchase it to get the IMEI number to check and then return it if it's not compatible. The other possibility would be to have the seller reach out to our Xfinity Mobile team to check the compatibility for you. We just don't want you to end up with a phone that you wouldn't be able to use.
