Company taking away my promotion [Edited]

ive had xfinity for a couple months in november or december i decided to go for the promotion free line for a year with my internet plan i then proceed to have to contact them each month to fix it and then my mom wanted me to add her to my plan but i had issues porting her number so we canceled it i was told my free line promotion wasnt affected because it was canceled and ti was applied to my phone just for the next month try to get charged for my moms phone that wasnt even active (second time this has happened) then i proceed to have to tell them and stay in chat a hour wasting a hour  of my life putting up with this company their customer service is horrible acutally the most disgusting revolting thing they say what u wanna hear so they can get rid of u without actually doing what u ask anyway this month i find out im getiting charged 20 bucks i stay on the chat for a over a hour jsut to get sent back and forth between the internet promotiuon people and mobile billing people then they keep making up excuses like oh u got to have 2 lines for it no i dont it wasnt stated and it worked fine the 2 months i didnt have 2 lines so that was a lie then they made up the excus e oh the promotion was on the phone i didnt even activate  i have the chat so clearly i know i told them to cancel the process they are just a money hungry company to be honest the service is good when u get it i had multiple times where i had t ocontact them about it just for them to do something i will most likely go to a diffrent company because tmobile has the best customer service ive ever experinced this company would be better if it fired all the customer service people and had their intentions right and the fact they also change the names/ words in the forum support thing im doing because they want it to seem better then it is is pathethic anyway so why am i not getting a promotion i signed up for and why do the customer service people lie so much about the reason and i know their lying because why else would they make up so many diffrent reasons if this does not get solved me and my whole family will switch this is just pathetic i had this company when i was a kid and it used to be so amazing now even my family and my friends family are tired of dealign with them
