Comcast email not syncing

My Comcast emails are not loading on my Samsung phone. They are loading on my computer. My Gmail emails are working fine. Help pls.

Same with my Samsung phone.  Stopped syncing on Monday November 6th.  They load on my computer and Gmail is fine.  Can't find a solution!!!

@user_k6mg27 Our team can help you with your email issues today as I am seeing a bunch of threads on this situation. To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat. 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

My email was not syncing since Nov. 6th.  Today Nov. 12th, I now tried this re authentication steps.  So now it seems recognizing my identity with Xfinity and Samsung email app.  Getting emails on my phone. Hopefully it is solved.
