Collections error
As many people have posted online I have had an xfinity mobile account sent to collections in error. I had called in September to verify the account was closed and had no balance (I have screenshots of the confirmation). To make matters worse I had not used the line at all for months before deciding to cancel it and now I have to deal with reversing this collections issue.

@user_q9m1z7 Thanks for adding a post. Let's verify the balance on your mobile account. There should be a final statement, and reminder emails regarding any balances due from your account, even if it's closed. Send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the message icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
