Collections error

As many people have posted online I have had an xfinity mobile account sent to collections in error. I had called in September to verify the account was closed and had no balance (I have screenshots of the confirmation).  To make matters worse I had not used the line at all for months before deciding to cancel it and now I have to deal with reversing this collections issue.
