Class Action
I have been gotten twice. Once for dicount on internet and mobile phone now promo on phone. The representatives tell you what u wanter hear and then get you off of the phone. Not all of the employees notate the calls. Still waiting for a Supervisor to to call me back regarding listening to the many calls I was given different information by different representatives. Really big training issue. Class action on the wa. They keep say policy policy, but onthese phone calls they are not following policy, they are just trying to make the sale. You cant tell me one thing before I purchase and then tell me something different after the fact. Because they know I wouldn't go with it if I were give the complete information. The hours I spend on the phone is mad. Will be contacting corporate as well.
