Charged for Xfinity Mobile services I never activated
I ordered SIM cards for the three phones I was trying to switch to Xfinity Mobile. When they arrived, I put them in the phones and attempted to activate them. Not only could I not activate them through the app, I couldn’t through a phone call with an agent either. I decided that it wasn’t worth the aggravation and chose to keep the carrier I already had. Fast forward to today when I receive a bill from a collection agency saying that I owe $337.29 for service I never activated. I tried to call the collection agency and they were sketchy and the woman was extremely rude. I ended up hanging up. How is it even possible to bill someone for service they never activated?

I am absolutely furious for the same reason. So I have had non stop issues with xfinity sending my bills to the wrong email, etc. After being on the phone for 2 hrs last week, it was somewhat resolved. So today, I get an email saying thank you for you payment for xfinity mobile. Which is interesting since I NEVER even took the SIM card they sent me out of the package. So I call, it takes over an hour for then to say, ok, we canceled your service but, they are saying that I don't get my money back because I activated this last November. I need to know how I go about speaking to someone about getting my $470 back!
