Charged for never activating my service
So… my husband and I called xfinity to start service. We couldn’t port our numbers from AT&T because we still owed on our phones.
we called xfinity that we won’t be able to switch due to being on a promotion and owing on our phones. Representative advised if we never activate we will not be billed.
Well.. guess what? We got billed AND representative was unhelpful and is now making us pay for a service that was never delivered.
