Charged for a phone never received

I am being charged for a phone I never received. My ticket was closed and I was under the impression this issue was resolved but I still see it coming out of my bill. This has been going on for months and I have filed a complaint with the consumer financial protection bureau. I need this phone removed from my account.

  •   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •   Press Enter to send it
