charged after cancelling

My Xfinity Mobile service was disconnected on 24 July 2026, yet I have continued to see monthly deductions from my bank account.

I have now received an email stating that my final bill is $43.94 and will be automatically charged on 13 November 2026.

Please provide an itemised breakdown of all charges and payments made since my service was disconnected, and explain why monthly deductions have continued after cancellation.

I dispute any charges that are not legitimately owed. Please investigate the previous deductions, refund any unauthorised or incorrect charges, and confirm in writing that no further recurring service charges will be taken.

I am currently living in the UK, which makes it difficult to resolve this matter by telephone. Please respond in writing.

Hello user_av4lie! I hope your travels have been going well, and I appreciate you finding time to post in our community about your situation. We're super grateful for any amount of time you've spent with the Xfinity family, so the last thing we want is for you to be charged for any services you're no longer using. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the full service address associated with your account, we'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.

You can see how to send us a direct message here,

They charged me almost $40 a month for last 2 years for a phone line that does not exist.  its Xfinity policy that says CUSTOMER is always at fault if they don't see issue in first 120 days and report it.    someone at Xfiinty store did manual error... (show 2 lines on my same phone device....) and Xfinity is saying its my fault...  also which company in the world charge for services they never delivered.
