Charged activation fee and first bill

I never used the services because it was an issue from the start. Xfinity states that because the billing cycle starts 7 days after placing the order they cannot refund or credit back. Weird because the sim card doesnt come until like 3-5 days such a scam never used the service and was charged $103.07

@XfinityWilliam​ xfinity mobile, after putting in a compliant and appealed this I was able to get a full refund. However, I’d still like to make a point that the customer service when i called in the first 3 times it was horrible especially with a supervisor by the name of Neha without any notice she left the chat.
