Change plans

Has anybody been able to find where on the website the customer service phone number is? I can't seem to find a way to actually talk to a person.  I'm trying to change my mobile account from unlimited to by the gig. They have a link to change from gig to unlimited.  Can't find any information on how to change the other way.  It has been extremely frustrating.  I've tried using the virtual chat option and that was a complete waste of time.  I've been trying for the last three weeks off and on.  Tried from my phone and from the home computer.

What is with xfinitity that they don't want their customers to actually talk to a person???
