Change number of incoming rings before going to voice mail on Apple iPhone 12 Pro

Currently xFinity Mobile doesn't allow you to change the default number of incoming rings before going to voice mail on an Apple iPhone 12 Pro as the xFinity mobile cell service is actually provided by Verizon mobile, Verizon mobile however allows their customers to change the Apple iPhone 12 Pro default incoming ring setting before going to voice mail. Why isn't this feature available on xFinity mobile services? How can xFinity mobile customers request that this feature be made available to their customers?

I have an Android phone and cannot set it either. Support had sent me a link and Googling will get you the same instructions. The big issue is it does not work and much of the support I have talked to does not know that...they will give the same link to instructions that don't work. I finally got to a tech that said the feature is not available to customers but that he could set it for me, which he did.
