Cell phone switch over from T-Mobile
I have the port pin # I just not sure what to do next. I had an guy from xfinity here but we never finished. He thought I would get a new SIM card. It never came. I did receive another remote and small black thing like the one I already have. I signed up for the program that helps with paying my bill. Not sure if I’m supposed to attach this new one or not. I would love your help. Please I’m not a tech person sorry

Hello, @user_b1f4ae. Thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums for support. Our options with Xfinity Mobile are limited, and I do want to ensure you're able to get assistance with your Xfinity Mobile service. If you're bringing your own device you should receive a Sim card in the mail, along with activation steps: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/how-to-activate-byod-phone.
If you haven't received a sim card for your device, you would want to talk to one of our great Xfinity Mobile experts by calling or texting 1-888-936-4968. You can also visit our Xfinity Mobile assistant for help as well. My wife got a new device in February and had some issues with the activation, we went down to our local Xfinity Service center and a great associate was able to help get her a new Sim card. Here is a link where you can find the nearest Xfinity service center : https://www.xfinity.com/support/store-selector.
