I've been having an issue since 1:30 on Wednesday I have not got this problem resolved yet. I am very upset and I'm going to go to another company that this is not resolved quickly

I am incredibly sorry that you have been without a resolution since Wednesday afternoon. Dealing with a multi-day service issue is beyond frustrating, and I completely understand why you are feeling this way, it is certainly not the level of support we strive to provide @user_q9dcsv.
