i was told on 11/24 that i would receive a discount on a phone for 500.  i was told by jake that it would be ok if i switch numbers on the phone. i found out on 11/28 i cant switch the number. ive called in multiple times and there is no resolve.  all im asking is for xfinity make good on their promise one way or another.
