Carrier Unlock

I have made the decision to leave Xfinity Mobile because the customer service is so poor executing simple changes of service that I didn’t trust them to fulfill another that is more challenging (but still relatively easy). I ported two TN’s over to T-Mobile and can’t text or call on both phones that I’ve owned outright for a couple years now and use Autopay every month. I’m disabled and need to be able to contact my family. I’ve opened ticket ECM0002036035. The “specialized team” that handles carrier unlocks has told me to wait 48 hours, it’s beyond that now. I cannot keep waiting indefinitely for this ticket to stay parked in a queue waiting to be worked. This latest blunder confirms my decision to leave Xfinity (not just Mobile but for HSI) was the right one to make.
