Card activation

I can’t activate or use the card I received. It keeps stating possible fraud and call back in 24 hours.

user_monb4d I appreciate the follow up, and sorry to hear you're not able to get in touch with the Visa prepaid team and it is directing to call back in 24 hours. We partner with our great team who process the Visa prepaid cards, and I can open a ticket for one of the great experts to investigate and help get the card activation fixed. 
 
Since I will need to gather some information we don't want in public, to locate your account and get the ticket submitted. When you have time, please send a direct message.

• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble  

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
