Can't stream TV or radio when on the network

I cant help but notice even when im in the middle of the city any radio or music stream CONSTANTLY cuts out and trying to stream any type of tv or video is worse.I might get 10 seconds then buffering upon buffering.I know you guys throttle my internet speeds but goodness!!!Is there any remedy?Id like to do more than make phone calles

Thank you for reaching out @user_6cd316! Are you using cellular data, a hotspot, or WiFi? Are you using a phone, tablet or computer? All of this information will be very helpful to figure out what is going on.

@XfinityDena​ Its just my phone and only when im using my cellular data 😭😭😭
