Cant get mobile data usage

For over a week we have not been able to get our data usage on our account.   Went into the app on both phones on my account and neither phone could get the info.    Then logged into my account -- also an error.

Chatted with Support -- they were clueless.  Horrible service.

If the system is down or you are upgrading something  - SAY SO.
