Can't connect to a chat agent

My SIM isn't working and I wanted to see.if I could transfer it to an eSIM to avoid having to buy a new phone. I was talking to an agent when he asked me for a link to the part of the website that told me my phone was compatible with eSIM, so I went to find it. Now I can't connect back to that chat and I can't open a new one. I'm more than a little desperate to fix this ASAP. I use my phone is for business and personal goings on. I don't have the luxury of shelling out for a new phone. I just need to talk to someone about this please.

Are any of those options available at 3 am or 24/7? Because that's not very helpful unless they are. I couldn't connect to a chat unless I closed the other window... Which I no longer had access to. My SIM is malfunctioning, I couldn't make/receive calls or send/receive texts.
