Cant change service address

omg a nightmare. ive been trying to update a simple unit # from #3 to 4 tech came out asked me to have them update the unit # only. im disabled partially paralyzed, before they came i told them multiple times the unit # was wrong ,still sent tech to my neighbor, ive called for 3 weeks drove hour & 1/2 away to go to store & was told its been done, now every week they are threatening to disconnect my service which shows$0 balance. This is my only means of communication, I fear if an emergency. being paralyzed that I wont be able to call for help. Ive called 6 times been on the phone for almost 10 hrs gone to a store, all they need to do is speak w tech who did install, he can verify the address. but instead they want to inconvenience a disabled customer to try to get ride hour half away to show them mail w my address. this is what the person called me back & said they are saying the only way to resolve. I have no choice sorry so long but, im putting up w it because i used to work w comcast trying to be loyal if this doesnt work taking business elsewhere.
