Can't activate my phone

When I try to go online to activate my phone, I click on my new replacement phone but get to a page that says try again. 

I called customer service line yesterday  and they said that for some reason the phone is not showing up as delivered  in their system and therefore they were not able to  activate it and required help from some t2 support. It took way too long and I had to cut the call before this could get resolved. How do I activate  my phone !!
